Order Issues
We're responsible for the following cases:
- Wrong item or product style
- Incorrect size or color
- Actual product size differs from the listed size chart by more than 3cm
- Missing items in the package
We're not responsible for the following cases:
- The customer thinks the size does not fit, but it's on the listed measurements
- The customer dislikes the product or just doesn't want it
- The product matches description and sample, but customer still dissatisfied
Quality Issues
We're responsible for the following cases:
- Defective items (e.g., broken zippers, missing parts, noticeable damage)
- Packaging is severely damaged during shipping
We're not responsible for the following cases:
- Damage caused when opening the package
- The product matches the photos or samples, but the buyer is unsatisfied
- General dissatisfaction with a flawless product
Shipping Delays & Logistics Issues
1. We're responsible for the following cases:
Late Delivery
- EU & USA: Over 35 days
- Other countries/regions: Over 37 days
Lost in Transit
- Confirmed by the courier
- Buyer must reconfirm ship address
Tracking Frozen (No Updates Since Last Scan)
- EU & USA: Over 30 days
- Other regions: Over 32 days
Undelivered (must include valid shipping information)
2. We're not responsible for the following cases:
- Customer requests a refund after the package has been delivered
- Tracking shows "delivered", but the customer claims undelivered
